Every month we feature a different local artist, and display their artwork throughout the shop! We also do local musician performances twice a month in the front room.
Nicole Miller, Artist
We are pleased to feature local painter Nicole Miller as our February artist! Beginning February 1, you can see Nicole’s sculptural acrylics and passions for the natural world in all corners of City Coffee throughout February. Her Art Show Gala night is Friday, February 23 at 8pm-11pm. Come out for an amazing night to meet the artist and hear about her inspirations and techniques (and maybe take a custom creation home for yourself!) Hors d’eouvres and champagne will be served all night!
Bio
Nicole Miller has been a painter for most of her life, starting in oils, and discovering acrylics in her early 20s. She studied art while pursuing a communications degree in UCDenver, and continued her art education at PCC. Her first exhibitions were in Denver when she was in college. She settled in Portland in 2012, and has no plans to ever retire.
